Optomised solution to X-tra view problem.
I am sure that you all have also battled with getting your x-tra view installations to work like indicated in the Multichoice diagrams. When both decoders are connected to RF-out you have the optimal benefits;
* Clear picture on both decoders on any tv in the house. (2x decs in same room).
* No blaster needed only tv-links can be used for neatness.
* Control both decoders from any room! HD, SD1+ SD2. HD+HD HD+1110 1110+1110.
* On top of these you also need a SECURE HEARTBEAT!
This is where all my previous installations fell short ,and I had to refer back to RF in/RF out combination loosing HD in the rest of the house, or having to control it with a blaster. This is rather embarrasing because remember before the final switch-on this customer HAD all these privelages! Customers dont fork- out for a blaster easily! I could thus not find a spitter or tap to do what the M/Choice diagram says.
Hopefully we can all benefit from my newly upgraded Digi-amp. This device works perfectly drawing power from both decoders splitting the signal 3 ways +8db amplification. I have quite a few of these running problem-free.
